- **2x** usage of direct ordering and loyalty
- **+45%** online orders
- **80k+** loyalty members, up from 1,500

Grab-and-go sushi used to be boring, unimaginative and short on freshness - until SushiDog. From a single kiosk in Westfield London in 2018, the brand has grown to thirteen locations on one promise: high-quality, made-to-order sushi in an approachable, affordable, grab-and-go format.

## The challenge

SushiDog were not new to digital ordering or loyalty; they had run both on 5loyalty. The problem was uptake. A poor user experience meant engagement never got high enough to change the business. They knew direct ordering - pickup, delivery and catering - combined with a proper loyalty platform would be the difference. They needed the right platform to run it on.

## What they did

SushiDog moved to Storekit's all-in-one direct ordering platform with CRM and loyalty powered by Leat. Every location went live at once, and the marketing team had hands-on support moving loyalty customers across from 5loyalty. Through the Orkestro, Uber Direct and Pedal Me integrations - commission-free access to third-party drivers - they also launched a brand-new direct channel for large catering orders.

## The result

Adoption of loyalty and online ordering rose dramatically: twice the usage of direct ordering and loyalty against their best day on the old platform, 45% more online orders, and a loyalty base that grew from 1,500 members to more than 80,000. More data, more personalisation, more repeat visits.

> At first we saw a +43% increase in average usage of our online ordering and loyalty vs. our best day ever using 5loyalty. But now this has increased to +100%, or 2x. User experience is key.

> We chose Storekit because they genuinely understand the realities of running a fast-paced QSR brand. They offer a flexible solution that has scaled with us, integrating into our existing tech stack with no issues. They've helped us drive repeat visits, better understand customer behaviour, and build a more engaged loyalty base.
