# Company Fields and Metrics

> Reference for storekit company-customer columns, profile fields, lifetime figures, monthly trends, repeat rate, reporting currencies and filtered-out email domains.

The Companies list and company side panel use different reporting scopes. Their totals are not expected to match when the list has a store or period filter.

## Companies List

The fixed period choices are **Last 30 days**, **Last 90 days**, **Last 180 days** and **Last 365 days**; the default is 90 days. The store selector accepts one store, or all accessible stores when empty. These filters apply to the list, not the company side panel.

| Column | Description |
| - | - |
| **Company** | Company name where available, with the email domain. A logo or initials help identify the row. |
| **People** | Distinct bookers in the selected scope. This is not the number of employees or diners. |
| **Orders** | Orders from the domain in the selected scope, including non-catering orders. |
| **Value** | Order value in the selected scope, converted to GBP. |
| **Average order** | Average order value in the selected scope, converted to GBP. |
| **Last order** | Most recent order in the selected scope. |

The list is ranked by **People** by default. It contains up to 200 company domains; the filtered-out list contains up to 50. It is not an exhaustive export of all customer domains.

## Company Profile

The name, logo, **Industry**, **Size**, **Location** and **View on LinkedIn** link appear when available. **Size** describes the company, not the number of customers who ordered from you. Missing enrichment does not mean the company has no orders.

## Company History

The side panel covers the stores you can access, without carrying over the list's store or period filter. Order dates in the history use the scheduled date where present, otherwise the order's creation date.

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| **Orders** | Number of orders in the available company history. |
| **Lifetime value** | Total value in that history. Different currencies are shown separately, not added together. |
| **Average order** | Average value, separately for each currency. |
| **Orders every** | Median gap in days between orders; a dash appears when there is not enough history. |
| **First order** / **Last order** | Earliest and latest order dates in that history. |
| **Who books** | Up to five regular contacts, with names, email addresses and order counts. |
| **Usual items** | Up to five frequently ordered items, with quantities and order counts. |
| **Stores** | Stores used by the company and the number of orders at each. |
| **Last PO number** | Most recent purchase order number supplied, where available. |
| **Recent orders** | Up to ten orders, with order code, date, store, booker, value and item count. |

## Monthly Trend and Repeat Rate

**Orders and spend by month** uses the last 12 calendar months, including the current partial month. Spend is converted to GBP. It is not the same period as the list filter or lifetime figures, and the current month is not directly comparable to a complete month.

**Repeat rate** is the share of bookers who placed more than one order in that trend period, displayed as a percentage and a count. It measures returning people, not the percentage of meals or companies that returned.

The history remains available if the trend cannot load. A missing chart or repeat rate is not proof of no repeat business. Reporting updates may also appear later than an individual order.

## Filtered-Out Domains

| Reason | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Personal email** | A mailbox provider such as Gmail does not identify an employer. |
| **Your own domain** | The domain belongs to your account. |
| **storekit** | An internal storekit email domain. |
| **Filtered out** | A reason not otherwise named in the dashboard. |

Businesses are not excluded merely because they already order catering.
