Field and document details for catering operations. For the daily workflow, see [Plan Upcoming Catering Orders](/docs/catering/operations/planning-orders). ## Lookahead The fixed period options are **Next 7 days**, **Next 14 days**, **Next 21 days** and **Next 30 days**. The default is 14 days. The selected stores apply to the lookahead and its print links. Orders are grouped under **Today**, **Tomorrow**, then weekday and date. Each date group includes its order count, item count and value. | Detail | Description | | - | - | | Time | Event time with a **drop** or **pickup** caption. With a courier booking, the courier pickup time is shown instead and the drop time appears in the caption. | | Customer | Company name or booker's name, plus order code. A note badge opens **Allergens & notes**. | | Method | **Delivery** or **Pickup**, with the delivery postcode. | | Delivery | Courier and ETA, or **No delivery** when no courier is booked. A booking awaiting rider assignment is not a missing booking. | | Items | Item count, with the order's line items available from it. | | Value | Order total. | | Status | Order status and **PO** when a purchase order number was supplied. | The summary shows today, the next 7 days, pipeline value for the selected period, the busiest day, and orders needing a courier. The lookahead does not set the customer booking window. ## Run Sheet One date and the selected stores, ordered by time. Columns: **Time**, **Customer**, **Destination**, **Logistics**, **Value**, **PO number**, **Flags**. | Flag | Meaning | | - | - | | **No delivery booked** | A catering delivery order has no courier booking. | | **Pickup after event time** | The courier pickup is later than the event time. | | **Pickup close to another** | Two courier pickups from the same store are within 15 minutes of each other. | [Print a Run Sheet →](/docs/catering/operations/run-sheet) ## Pack Lists One card per order for the selected date and stores. Fields appear where the order has the information. | Field | Description | | - | - | | Order heading | Customer, order code, event time, type, diner count and purchase order number. | | **Drop details** / **Pickup details** | Delivery address and courier, or pickup store. | | **Contact** | Booker's name, phone and email. | | Items | Quantities, modifiers and item allergens. | | **Allergens:** / **May contain:** / **Notes:** | Information recorded for the order as a whole. | [Print Pack Lists →](/docs/catering/operations/pack-lists) ## Prep Sheet Totals items across orders with a pre-order date and time. The **Catering** filter includes catering delivery and pickup. Rejected, cancelled, archived and ASAP orders are excluded; completed orders in the selected range are included. The per-day link uses that date. The top-level catering link uses the whole selected period. Both carry the selected stores into the prep view. This is a printable page, not a CSV export. PDF pages are 560 × 310 points, approximately 198 × 109 mm. | Field | Description | | - | - | | Item name | Product name with a sequence number for each quantity of that item. | | **Modifiers** | Modifiers kept with the item, where present. | | **Notes** | Item notes, where present; not a copy of every order-level note. | | **Allergens** | Available item tags rendered by the label generator. | | **Ingredients** | Available item and modifier ingredients. | | Order code | Identifies the order the item belongs to. | | Venue logo | Included when an embeddable logo is available. | | **Prepared** | Date derived from the order's estimated time, not a recorded preparation event. | | Storage wording | The fixed text **Store below 5°C and consume on day of delivery**. | [Print Item Labels and Check Printer Compatibility →](/docs/catering/operations/item-labels) ## Other Order Views * **All Orders** shows **Catering delivery** or **Catering pickup** in **Type**.
