Leat (formerly Piggy) is a loyalty platform. Once connected, customers who sign in on your storekit ordering page earn points on what they spend, see the rewards they can afford in their basket, apply Leat vouchers and pay in full or in part with a Leat gift card. Points, rewards, vouchers and gift cards are all managed in Leat; storekit shows them to customers and reports what they earn and redeem. Leat is a storekit+ feature. If you cannot see **Leat** in your store's integrations list, contact Support. Link your Leat account, choose a shop and switch Leat on for a store Choose what earns points, the opt-in box and the earn message customers see Set up rewards and vouchers in Leat so storekit can apply them as discounts Let customers pay with a Leat gift card at checkout and on the bill Every storekit discount type a reward or voucher can use Rewards not showing, discounts applied wrongly, points to reverse ## What Customers See | Where | What happens | | - | - | | Menu and basket | Signed-in customers see **View rewards** and, if enabled, their available rewards inline in the basket. Rewards they can afford show **Redeem**; others show how many points are still needed | | Checkout | An estimate of the points the order will earn (*You'll earn 12 points on this order*), an optional loyalty opt-in box, and a gift card box where they enter a code and see the balance | | After the order | The order summary shows the points earned. Points land in the customer's Leat account when you accept the order | | Pay at Table | Customers paying a bill can redeem rewards and vouchers and pay with a gift card, when enabled for the store | ## What You Manage Where | Managed in Leat | Managed in storekit | | - | - | | Points rules, tiers, reward catalogue, voucher codes, gift cards and balances | Which store is connected to which Leat shop | | Each reward's storekit attributes (discount type, value, product codes) | Whether delivery costs and service charges earn points | | Customer contacts and their balances | Opt-in box, earn message, gift cards and Pay at Table toggles | Your Leat account is connected once and shared by every store in your storekit account. Each store then has its own Leat settings — shop, toggles and earn message — so you can run Leat on some stores and not others. The **Finish setup** checklist tracks the shop, default email and **Enable Leat** toggle. Other settings are grouped under **Rewards at checkout**, **Sign-up & opt-in**, **Gift cards & orders** and **Earn message**; select **Show advanced** in a group for its less common options.
