# Sync Tissl Stock and Availability

> Run manual or support-configured scheduled Tissl stock syncs and learn how storekit matches items, snoozes out-of-stock products, and restores availability.

Tissl stock sync reads the stock counts for a store's selected Site and updates matching storekit menu items. It runs when requested or on a configured schedule; Tissl stock is not applied to storekit in real time.

## Run a Manual Stock Sync

Go to **Stores** → your store → **Settings** → **Integrations** → **Tissl**, open the ⋯ menu on the Tissl card, and choose **Sync stock**.

## Match Tissl Stock to Menu Items

Stock sync first matches each Tissl product to a menu item with the same **POS ID**. If none matches, it uses the menu item's PLU or SKU instead. Orders still need a **POS ID** on every item sent to Tissl.

## Understand Availability Changes

* A matched item with a remaining stock count of zero or less is snoozed for 24 hours.
* If a later sync finds positive stock, storekit clears an active snooze created by Tissl.
* A snooze created manually or by another source is not cleared by a Tissl stock update.

Scheduled stock sync is also supported. Contact storekit support to configure a schedule.
