# ChatGPT

Storekit has an MCP server for operators. Add it to ChatGPT as a connector and your sales, menus and orders are a question away, answered from your own account.

## What it does

- Sales, order counts and average order value for any period up to 90 days, with the previous period for comparison
- Products ranked by what sold, refunds, open and closed bills, snoozed items and who snoozed them
- Menus, discount codes, payment links and every store's hours, fees and prep times
- Two writes, each one asking you first: create a discount code, create a payment link with a QR code

It cannot edit menus, touch an order or change a setting - there is no tool for any of that.

## Setup

In ChatGPT, switch on Developer mode under Settings, Connectors, Advanced. Create a connector named `storekit` with the server URL `https://mcp.storekit.com/mcp` and OAuth authentication, then sign in with your Storekit login. Tick storekit in a chat and ask your first question. OpenAI limits custom connectors to its paid plans.
