## Data & migration

### What does the GloriaFood importer actually move?

Menu categories, items, modifiers, pricing, opening hours, delivery zones, promotions, photos, and guest records. You review a diff before anything goes live.

### What about my customer database?

Guest names, emails, and phone numbers come across when present in your GloriaFood export. You approve the row count before we switch traffic.

### Can I migrate before the sunset, or do I have to wait?

Migrate now. The earlier you move, the more time you have to test, train staff, and move regulars to your new link before 30 April 2027.

### How long does the import take?

You can be live within 30 minutes - connect GloriaFood, import your menu, and take test orders the same day. Most restaurants complete the full switch within 7 days, including review and DNS cutover. Multi-location setups take longer - your concierge sets the date.

### Can I review the import before going live?

Yes. You get a diff of menu, guests, and zones. Nothing publishes until you sign off.

### What if something doesn't import correctly?

Your migration concierge fixes gaps manually. If we cannot match a field, we flag it in the diff - you are never surprised on go-live night.

### Will my menu photos move across?

Yes, when GloriaFood includes them in the export. Broken or missing images are listed in the diff for you to re-upload.

### Can I migrate a multi-location setup in one go?

Yes. One project, many locations. Each location gets its own menu copy where menus differ.

### What happens to my GloriaFood account after I migrate?

You can run both in parallel until you cut over. After go-live, GloriaFood stays readable until Oracle shuts it down on 30 April 2027.

## Cost & billing

### What does Storekit cost?

Starter is free - pickup and delivery, with Uber Direct and the kitchen display included. Grow adds catering and the wider integration set for £99 a month, Pro adds QR order & pay, pay-at-table and tabs for £199 a month. On top of the plan you pay a flat per-order rate, never a commission.

### What are the per-order rates?

A flat card rate per order, and it comes down as you move up the plans. We share the figure for your plan when you sign up, and it is written to your account.

### How does that compare to what I'm paying GloriaFood?

GloriaFood charged $29 a month to take card payments, and your payment processor charged its own fees on top. Storekit Starter has no monthly fee: you pay a flat per-order rate and no commission. Put your last GloriaFood and processor invoices next to our pricing page and compare on your own volume.

### Do I need a card on file?

Not for the 14-day trial on Starter. You add payment details when the trial ends or when you switch on card processing, whichever comes first.

### Is there a setup fee?

Not on Starter or Grow - you set those up yourself. Pro and Enterprise are built with you, and that is a one-off fee from £199 per location. No migration fee on any plan.

### Do you take commission on my direct orders?

No commission, on any plan or channel. You pay your plan, if it has a monthly fee, and a flat per-order rate. Nothing else.

### How do you make money?

The monthly plan, a flat per-order rate, and partner programmes. We do not take a cut of your direct revenue.

## Features

### Does Storekit do everything GloriaFood does?

Core ordering, delivery zones, and promotions - yes. Storekit adds branded apps, pay-at-table, catering, and growth integrations GloriaFood never shipped.

### What does Storekit do that GloriaFood doesn't?

Native iOS and Android apps, QR and pay-at-table, catering workflows, AI upsells, loyalty integrations, and a live migration path before Oracle closes GloriaFood.

### Will my delivery zones still work?

Yes. Zones import from GloriaFood and you can edit them in Storekit before go-live.

### What about my loyalty programme?

We integrate Punchh, Leat, and other providers. If you ran basic GloriaFood loyalty, we map what exported and recommend a replacement if needed.

### Pay-at-table and QR ordering?

Yes - on Pro, which is the in-venue plan. See pricing for what each band includes.

### Catering orders?

Yes - large-format and advance orders with dedicated flows, from Grow upwards.

### Marketing emails and SMS?

Storekit connects to Klaviyo and SMS tools using your order data. Built-in blast tools are on the roadmap.

## Operations

### Will I have downtime during the switch?

No planned outage. Most restaurants run GloriaFood and Storekit in parallel for a few days, then flip the link on their site and apps.

### Can I run both systems in parallel?

Yes. We recommend it. Take test orders on Storekit while GloriaFood still handles live traffic until you are ready.

### What happens to in-flight orders?

Finish open GloriaFood orders on GloriaFood. New orders after cutover land in Storekit. Your concierge schedules the switch for a quiet window.

### Do I need to retrain my team?

Guests see the same menu on a new URL or app icon. Staff changes are mostly admin login and printer routing - usually one short session.

### What about my printers and KDS?

Storekit routes orders to supported printers and kitchen screens. Tell us your hardware on the migration form - we confirm compatibility before go-live.

### Does Storekit work with my existing POS?

Yes. We integrate with Lightspeed, Square tills, and other major POS systems. You keep the till; we replace the ordering layer.

## GloriaFood sunset

### When exactly does GloriaFood close?

30 April 2027. Oracle has confirmed that every GloriaFood product and service reaches end of life on that date. New sign-ups closed in early 2025, and no extension has been announced.

### What did Oracle say will happen on 30 April 2027?

Public statements indicate GloriaFood will no longer be available. Access to admin, ordering, and exports ends - migrate before that date.

### Will I lose access to my GloriaFood data after the sunset?

Yes, once the platform is dark. Export while you still can, or migrate to Storekit and we pull what GloriaFood still exposes.

### Why is GloriaFood closing?

Oracle acquired GloriaFood and is winding the product down. We do not speak for Oracle - check their notices for official wording.

### What if I miss the deadline?

You risk losing menu and guest data you cannot recreate. Storekit can still onboard you after April 2027, but GloriaFood-assisted exports may be gone.

### Is the sunset definitely happening?

Oracle has published the April 2027 date. Treat it as fixed and migrate early.

## Contracts

### Is there a minimum term?

No. Starter, Grow and Pro are rolling monthly, cancel any time. Pay yearly for the lower rate if you would rather, but nothing forces it.

### Can I cancel any time?

Yes. We help you export your data on the way out. No exit fee on the base tier.

### What happens to my data if I leave?

You receive exports of menu and guest data. We do not hold your book hostage.

### Is my pricing locked in writing?

Yes. Your plan and per-order rate are written to your account at signup. No retroactive changes.

### Can pricing change later?

Published plans can change for new signups. The terms on your account stay what they were when you signed up.

## Support

### Who handles my support?

UK-based Storekit staff. Migration issues go to your named concierge first.

### What hours is support available?

UK business hours for standard tickets. Critical ordering outages escalate to on-call - response targets in your account terms.

### Do I get a named contact?

Yes. A migration concierge stays assigned until you have taken your first 100 orders.

### What if something breaks on a Saturday night?

Email support@storekit.com with URGENT in the subject. We escalate to engineering. For migrations in the first two weeks, your concierge's mobile is in the handoff doc.

### How fast do you respond?

Sub-four-hour first reply on weekdays for migration accounts. Most tickets close same day.
