## How a migration runs

1. **Hand over the list.** - Export your GloriaFood client roster. We onboard you to the partner dashboard and assign your migration lead.
2. **We import in bulk.** - Menus, modifiers, pricing, customer data, order history, delivery zones - pulled from GloriaFood across your entire estate. You approve the diffs.
3. **Clients go live on your account.** - Every restaurant lives under your partner dashboard from day one. You set their plan. You set their price. You bill them, or we do.

## Questions

### Why no white-label?

White-label was a useful sales tool when GloriaFood's platform was permanent. With the 2027 shutdown, every partner-branded login screen is now associated with a closure. We've put that budget into wholesale economics and the partner dashboard instead. The result is dramatically better unit margins - and your business stops being tied to someone else's roadmap.

### How much can I make per restaurant?

It depends on the retail you set and the size of your book. The partners we've onboarded so far are seeing materially better unit economics than they got on commission share - but the specific number is bespoke. We'll model it with you on your application call.

### Do I own the client relationship?

Yes. You're the billing entity, the primary support, and the account owner. Storekit's role is the tech layer underneath.

### How do payouts work?

We bill your clients at your retail price. We pay you the margin monthly, in arrears, by bank transfer. Full reporting in the partner dashboard.

### Can my client see they're on Storekit?

Yes - the dashboard they log into is Storekit-branded, with your logo as their partner contact. Their ordering pages are fully branded to them on their own domain. Most operators don't think about it once they're live; they think about you.

### What if Storekit changes the wholesale price?

Wholesale rates are locked at signup, in writing, for the duration of the partnership. We don't pull the rug.

### How long does bulk migration actually take?

A 50-restaurant book typically migrates in around two weeks, including approval cycles with each client. Larger books run in waves.

### What support do I provide vs Storekit?

You're the first call for your clients. Storekit AI handles standard product questions out-of-hours. Our team escalates anything you can't resolve. You decide how visible we are.

### Geographic restrictions?

We're prioritising UK, EU, and ROW with English-language support. Other regions handled case-by-case - flag your geography on the application.

### How does qualification work?

The application takes about 5 minutes. We review and respond within two business days. We're open to most distributors, agencies, and consultants with an existing hospitality book - small or large.
