Complete EPOS & eCommerce software for retailers.
Airpos is aimed at retailers, and we’d consider them basic to mid range software – it’s not free (like iZettle or Square) but has simplified flat pricing. Its main competitors are Vend, Lightspeed Retail, or Shopify POS.
£22.50/m per till.
What makes it different from Vend or Lightspeed?
Airpos is a little cheaper than either and would suit slightly smaller shops wanting something better than the software available for free. Compare to Vend’s Lite offering for a similar price.
It needs a tablet (not a phone or laptop!) but can work with an iPad, Android, or Windows. Most hardware (including anything displayed here) is compatible. For payments, it can integrate with iZettle, Square, SumUp, and PaymentSense. It doesn’t integrate with accounting software.
Helpline runs 9-midnight. Airpos is a little smaller than some of its competitors, so availability may be patchy.
Airpos is designed to be very simple! It should be quick to set up, especially if you have simpler stock. Airpos has a free 30-day trial. To get put in touch, email email@example.com.

It’s been an ok experience. The software is ok but just a bit temperamental.
It has a windows application which makes it a lot easier to work with. It could be massively improved though. I do have a team of designers which may be good to get on it.
No thumbnails on products which is really annoying as the art work I am selling has customisability so I would like to see previous but oh well. Hopefully this may be added in future
