We would consider Lightspeed Restaurant software mid to top range. That means it includes sophisticated table management, and can accommodate complex billing – e.g. customers moving between the bar and kitchen. A big competitor would be TouchBistro.

It starts at £79 per store, which includes one till.

What makes it different?

Lightspeed Restaurant is probably the biggest EPOS system with the most functions before we get into enterprise systems with bespoke prices. It’s designed for restaurants and ideal for complex or multi-site solutions. If you’re not sure whether it would suit you, call us.

Compatibility

Lightspeed Hospitality requires iPads to work (reports can be accessed from any device).  It integrates with iZettle and Barclaycard payments. It can integrate with Xero or QuickBooks. All of the hardware on this page will work with Lightspeed.

Support is available 24/7 from a London office.

Getting started

Great, modern POS with good enough foundation to easily add functionality.
