The Goodtill Company

Goodtill is a mid range hospitality POS (which can work for small retailers). That means it includes things like table management and moderate reporting functions. Similar competitors would include Nobly or TouchBistro.

Pricing

It starts at £29 per till per month (but some functions are extra).

What makes it different from Nobly?

It’s a little cheaper than Nobly and better designed for slightly more complex shop fronts. Nobly’s multi-store management is a little better. The detail can get a little fiddly, so we’d calling us to find out more.

Compatibility

Goodtill requires an iPad to run. For payments, it can integrate with iZettle, SumUp, Square, Barclaycard, or PaymentSense. It can integrate with Xero or Quickbooks. All the hardware listed here can work with Goodtill.

Service

Goodtill is open 24 hours from a London office.

Getting started

Goodtill is fairly simple to set up. It comes with a 30-day free trial. Contact us at hello@storekit.com to get put in touch.

Big hitting very capable system at a bargain price

Pros

This system has a brilliant back end system for sales analysis, has allowed me to identify where I am being a busy fool, I have dropped two lines that were giving low margin based on the system data

Cons

A bit tedious to set up initially but persevere as once you have it up and running it is a breeze.
