**Your menu at every table** Guests order and pay the moment they're ready. Tickets land on the pass in order. Your team gets the room back.

- **No app, no download** - Scan opens a web menu. Nothing to install, nothing to explain to a table of six.
- **Tickets your kitchen can read** - Orders batch by course and drop straight onto the pass or your EPOS. No re-keying.
- **Upsells that actually run** - The prompt for a second round happens on every table, every time - not only when someone remembers to ask.
- **Turn tables faster** - Paying on the phone removes the two slowest minutes of every cover.

- **+6.4%** Spend per head
- **+5.2%** Total tips
- **5x** 5-star Google reviews
- **#1** Converting checkout

## How it works

1. **Guest scans** - A QR on the table opens your menu in the browser. No app, no password.
2. **Guest orders** - They browse, add, and send. The prompt for another round runs on every table.
3. **Guest pays** - Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay - at the moment they order, so there's no bill to wait for.

## What it does

### No app, no download

Every app-based ordering system asks your guest to do something before they can spend money: find it, install it, sign up, remember a password. Most won't, and the ones who do are slower to their first order than they would have been catching a server's eye.

Storekit opens in the browser the second the camera reads the code - your brand, your menu, no install, nothing to explain to a table of six on a Friday night.

### Tickets your kitchen can read

Table ordering falls over in the kitchen, not the dining room: ten guests ordering from one table at ten different moments turns into ten tickets. Storekit batches by course and by table, so the pass sees one coherent order in the sequence it should be cooked.

It routes to the KDS or drops into your EPOS as if a server had keyed it - no re-keying, no second screen to watch, no argument about what came in when.

### Upsells that actually run

The second round is the most profitable order of the night and the one most likely to go unasked. A section is busy, the server is turned away, the moment passes. Storekit puts the prompt in front of every guest on every table, at the point they are already deciding - a side with the main, a second drink before the plates go, the dessert menu without a wait.

It never has a bad shift and never forgets, which is the entire difference between a good average spend and a great one.

### Your brand, not a portal

Most table-ordering products put a generic page behind the code: their brand at the top, your food underneath it in a list. The guest scanned your table and landed on somebody else's product.

Storekit opens your storefront. Your type, your photography, your colours, your domain in the address bar - the same store they would find on your website, in the room. Nobody steps out of your restaurant to order from it.

### Tips go up, not down

Digital ordering is often sold to floor teams as a threat to tips. In practice the opposite happens when the prompt is designed properly: guests tip more consistently on a phone than on a machine held out at the end of a meal, because there is no social pressure and no rounding down to end the moment.

Set your service charge and your tip rates, set the default, and the money goes to the people who earned it.

## Service at the speed of your guests.

A guest waits for a menu, waits to order, waits to be noticed, waits to pay. None of that is hospitality. It's queueing.

Take the queueing out and your team spend the shift on what guests remember: the welcome, the recommendation, the room.

Same headcount. More covers.

## Questions

### Do guests need to download an app?

No. The QR opens your menu in the phone's browser - no install, no account, no password. That is the whole point: anything a guest has to download is a barrier between them and their order.

### Will it work with my EPOS?

Storekit integrates with 100+ EPOS, payment, loyalty and CRM systems, so orders drop into the till you already run rather than sitting on a second screen. Nothing gets ripped out and nothing gets re-keyed.

### What about tables that want to order the traditional way?

Nothing stops them. QR ordering runs alongside your floor service, not instead of it - most venues see a mix, and the mix shifts over time as guests get used to it.

### Does it work for a whole table ordering at different times?

Yes. Orders batch by table and by course, so the kitchen sees one coherent ticket in the right sequence rather than ten separate ones arriving over twenty minutes.

### How long does it take to set up?

Around 30 minutes. Build your menu, print your codes, take your first order - you can be live for tonight's service.
