You may not realise it, but you're an essential part of the storekit team. You give us the feedback, the confirmations and the challenges we seek to be able to grow as a company.
We created storekit because we wanted to empower ambitious hospitality operators (like yourselves) to serve better experiences to your guests. Having spent years in the restaurant and tech space before starting storekit, we also knew that we could not do this without lots and lots of friends.
We wish we could thank you all individually, but this would be the longest blog post in the world! So here are some of our favourite stories from the year...
IN 2022 WE'VE PARTNERED WITH THE UK’S TOP HOSPITALITY BRANDS
Daisy Green - Australian food and coffee culture met ‘The Dream’. We’ve been busy with the team at Daisy Green (#1 Brunch Spot in the World), launching ‘The Dream’ in their top London sites. Service has never been so relaxed.
Patty&Bun - Ordering London’s favourite burgers got even quicker & easier, thanks to Patty&Bun x storekit. The Ari Gold cheeseburger has never tasted so good.
Pizza Pilgrims - Following a successful trial of ‘The Dream’ with Pizza Pilgrims, they are now in the process of rolling out storekit across their busiest sites. London’s freshest dough just got fresher.
Generator & StayCity - We branched out from our London casual dining roots, to help launch our Mobile Ordering solutions across Europe, with Generator & StayCity hotels!

Val’s Thai - congratulations to Val & Richard for absolutely smashing 2023, as well as a big thank you for appearing with our CEO at Restaurant & Bar Tech Live in ExCel London.
Brickhouse - congratulations to the entire team at Brickhouse for opening their new venue in Southend. An absolute must-visit if you’re in the area!
Vincenzo’s - you’ve probably heard of sellout sneakers, but sellout pizza? Tom has been serving up the UK’s top-rated pizza. If you’re in the Bushey area, you’ve got to give it a try!
WHILST CREATING LONG TERM PARTNERSHIPS
Lightspeed - We’ve just launched ‘The Dream’ with our longtime partners, Lightspeed. ‘The Dream’ lets customers choose between ordering with a member of staff, or adding items to their bill through storekit. The bill is then settled when it's convenient for the customer - through scanning the QR code. We didn’t call it ‘The Dream’, our partners did. More to come on 'The Dream', in January...
Eposability - To coincide with the launch of ‘The Dream’, we were chosen by Eposability to be their official Mobile Ordering partner. It must be true. Real recognise real.
Otolo - And a big congratulation to our friends at Otolo, who are changing the hospitality industry with their brand new platform! We’ve got something extremely exciting planned for next year… But that’s all I can say for now.
AND ADDING MORE EXPERTS TO THE TEAM
We're pleased to welcome Brad, to our Venue Partnerships team. Like most of the team, Brad’s career started in hospitality - working at notable venues such as Chiltern Firehouse, before starting his own restaurant. Brad’s taste in food & drink is as fine as his taste in Mobile Ordering - opting for Wagyu Steak & Japanese Whisky as his go-to pairing.
2022 WRAP-UP BITES
We had some strange orders throughout the year, but the one thing all of our MOST EXPENSIVE orders had in common… Ace of Spades.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service. But let’s have a round of applause for the server who earned themselves a 30% tip of £296.75 in April! If you're reading this - please let me know what you did, so I can pass it on to the rest of the industry!
When splitting the bill, anything above 2 is a pain with a PDQ. Now imagine 35 people trying to split it at the end of a night! That’s how many people split a bill in November… And it took less than 3 minutes, from start to end. WOW!
Oh… We also served our millionth Order and Pay customer!
Once again, none of this would have been possible without YOU. We'd like to say a BIG, BIG THANK YOU! We can't wait to show you what we've got in store for 2023. It's going to be our biggest & best year yet!
