The Daisy Green Collection was founded by investment bankers Prue Freeman and Tom Onions in 2012. Over the last decade, the collection has expanded to over 11 venues and counting, boasting an exciting mix of cafes, restaurants, secret underground gardens, canal boats and shipping containers. It was recently crowned as “The #1 Brunch Spot in the World” by Tripadvisor.
Challenge
With too much demand for their restaurants, the Daisy Green team needed to maximise the efficiency of their dine-in operations. They needed a solution that would let guests quickly pay & leave without staff bringing the bill or PDQ.
Solution
The team worked with storekit to implement our pay-at-table product, allowing guests to simply scan a QR code to pay-the-bill before leaving. Removing the need to flag down a member of the team, wait for the bill and then the PDQ. Following the success of pay-at-table, they added our new add-to-bill feature which also lets guests add additional items like that extra drink or side to their bill, without asking a member of the team. The ultimate hybrid solution for forward-thinking casual dining restaurants.
