Edwardian Hotels are a renowned multisite hotel operator in London, with The May Fair and The Londoner being two of the most notable hotels in their estate. With a multitude of offerings, large corporate events are extremely popular within their venues. As well as a number of high end in-house dining options.
Challenge
Despite corporate events bookings being an integral part of Edwardian’s business, they were still using manual workflows such as order forms & invoicing to collect individual orders, before the events. Edwardian needed a bespoke solution that did not exist, whereby they could seamlessly collect orders & payments, ahead of the events.
Solution
The Edwardian team worked directly with our CTO & Head of Customer Success to design, build & implement a bespoke pre-order system which ticked all of the boxes. The Edwardian team could now create bespoke menus per event, where they could then send out these links to collect pre-orders & payments, with as much automation as possible.
Results
This new solution saves the Edwardian team approximately 10 hours per event, which would have previously been spent in manually creating forms, requesting orders, creating invoices & chasing payments. It also means that they are able to funnel these customers into their CRM - where they can upsell stays at their hotels, spa days & dining options.
