Challenge
When Incipio Groups previous QR Order & Pay supplier stopped trading out of nowhere, they needed a trustworthy partner that has no risk of going anywhere - who they would also be able to cope with the high volume of transactions across their multisite estate.
Solution
Despite the 7PM emergency call - the storekit team sprung into action, with the stores created, menus built & integration tested by 11PM that night. The following day, temporary QR codes were provided to the venue, where there was onsite testing from our customer success team, and Incipio were up & running by the time they opened their doors.
