Switching from GloriaFood
How long does migrating from GloriaFood to Storekit take?
You can be live within 30 minutes - connect GloriaFood, import your menu, and take test orders the same day. Most restaurants complete the full switch within 7 days. Multi-location books take longer - your concierge gives you a dated plan at kickoff.
Will I lose my GloriaFood guest data?
We import guest records where GloriaFood exposes them. You approve the row count before go-live. Export archives while admin access still works - don't wait until the last week of April 2027.
Can I import my GloriaFood menu, zones, and promos?
Yes. Categories, items, modifiers, delivery zones and promotions come across. You review every change before anything publishes.
What does switching cost?
No migration fee. Starter and Grow you set up yourself, and Starter is free - you pay a flat per-order rate that comes down as you move up the bands. Pro and Enterprise are built with you, and that is a one-off fee per location.
Will my team need to retrain?
