Storekit ships an MCP server - the open standard that connects AI assistants to real tools. Point Claude or ChatGPT at your account and ask the way you would ask a manager: how did we do yesterday, what sold, what got refunded. The agent does the digging. You do the deciding.

What is the Storekit MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard that lets AI assistants connect to external tools. Storekit's MCP server exposes your account to any MCP-compatible agent, so you can ask about your own restaurants in plain English - sales, what sold, refunds, bills, snoozes, menus - and have it create a discount code or a payment link.
What can an AI agent do with Storekit?
Read: order counts, totals and average order value for any period up to 90 days, products ranked by what sold, refunds, open and closed bills, snoozed items and who snoozed them, menus and prices, discount codes, payment links, and every store's hours, fees and prep times. Write: create a discount code, create a payment link with a QR code - and your assistant asks before either. It cannot edit menus, touch an order or change a setting. There is no tool for any of that.
Is this available now?
In beta, from a waitlist. Request access and we enable it on your account; connecting an assistant then takes about five minutes.
Which AI assistants work with it?
Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code, Replit and Lovable each have a guide. Anything else that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP with OAuth - Windsurf, Zed, Gemini CLI, your own agent - connects the same way.
Is my data safe?
The assistant sees the account of the person who signed in, and nothing else - but all stores on it, whatever that person can see in the dashboard. Storekit logs which tool was called and by whom, never the data returned. Whatever the assistant is shown is processed by its provider under their terms, so connect assistants only for people you would trust with account-wide reporting.
