Data & migration
Menu categories, items, modifiers, pricing, opening hours, delivery zones, promotions, photos, and guest records. You review a diff before anything goes live.
Guest names, emails, and phone numbers come across when present in your GloriaFood export. You approve the row count before we switch traffic.
Migrate now. The earlier you move, the more time you have to test, train staff, and move regulars to your new link before 30 April 2027.
You can be live within 30 minutes - connect GloriaFood, import your menu, and take test orders the same day. Most restaurants complete the full switch within 7 days, including review and DNS cutover. Multi-site setups take longer - your concierge sets the date.
Yes. You get a diff of menu, guests, and zones. Nothing publishes until you sign off.
Your migration concierge fixes gaps manually. If we cannot match a field, we flag it in the diff - you are never surprised on go-live night.
Yes, when GloriaFood includes them in the export. Broken or missing images are listed in the diff for you to re-upload.
Yes. One project, many locations. Each site gets its own menu copy where menus differ.
You can run both in parallel until you cut over. After go-live, GloriaFood stays readable until Oracle shuts it down on 30 April 2027.
Cost & billing
Basic is free - pickup and delivery, with Uber Direct and the kitchen display included. Grow adds catering and the wider integration set from £82, Pro adds QR order & pay, pay-at-table and tabs from £166. On top of the plan you pay a flat per-order rate, never a commission.
A flat card rate per order, and it comes down as you move up the plans. We share the figure for your plan when you sign up, and it is written to your account.
GloriaFood charged £29/month to enable payments, plus 1.4% + 20p per order. Storekit Basic is free, plus a flat per-order rate and no commission. Put your last GloriaFood invoices next to our pricing page and the difference is the per-order rate on your volume.
Not for the 14-day trial on Basic. You add payment details when the trial ends or when you switch on card processing, whichever comes first.
No setup fee. No migration fee.
No platform commission on direct orders. You pay card processing only.
The monthly plan, a flat per-order rate, and partner programmes. We do not take a cut of your direct revenue.

Yes. Zones import from GloriaFood and you can edit them in Storekit before go-live.
We integrate Punchh, Leat, and other providers. If you ran basic GloriaFood loyalty, we map what exported and recommend a replacement if needed.

Yes - large-format and advance orders with dedicated flows, from Grow upwards.
Storekit connects to Klaviyo and SMS tools using your order data. Built-in blast tools are on the roadmap.
Operations
No planned outage. Most restaurants run GloriaFood and Storekit in parallel for a few days, then flip the link on their site and apps.
Yes. We recommend it. Take test orders on Storekit while GloriaFood still handles live traffic until you are ready.
Finish open GloriaFood orders on GloriaFood. New orders after cutover land in Storekit. Your concierge schedules the switch for a quiet window.
Guests see the same menu on a new URL or app icon. Staff changes are mostly admin login and printer routing - usually one short session.
Storekit routes orders to supported printers and kitchen screens. Tell us your hardware on the migration form - we confirm compatibility before go-live.
Yes. We integrate with Lightspeed, Square tills, and other major POS systems. You keep the till; we replace the ordering layer.
GloriaFood sunset
30 April 2027. Oracle has communicated that GloriaFood stops operating after that date.
Public statements indicate GloriaFood will no longer be available. Access to admin, ordering, and exports ends - migrate before that date.
Yes, once the platform is dark. Export while you still can, or migrate to Storekit and we pull what GloriaFood still exposes.
Oracle acquired GloriaFood and is winding the product down. We do not speak for Oracle - check their notices for official wording.
You risk losing menu and guest data you cannot recreate. Storekit can still onboard you after April 2027, but GloriaFood-assisted exports may be gone.
Oracle has published the April 2027 date. Treat it as fixed and migrate early.
Contracts
No. Basic, Grow and Pro are rolling monthly, cancel any time. Pay yearly for the lower rate if you would rather, but nothing forces it.
Yes. We help you export your data on the way out. No exit fee on the base tier.
You receive exports of menu and guest data. We do not hold your book hostage.
Yes. Your plan and per-order rate are written to your account at signup. No retroactive changes.
Published plans can change for new signups. The terms on your account stay what they were when you signed up.
Support
UK-based Storekit staff. Migration issues go to your named concierge first.
UK business hours for standard tickets. Critical ordering outages escalate to on-call - response targets in your account terms.
Yes. A migration concierge stays assigned until you have taken your first 100 orders.
Email support@storekit.com with URGENT in the subject. We escalate to engineering. For migrations in the first two weeks, your concierge's mobile is in the handoff doc.
Sub-four-hour first reply on weekdays for migration accounts. Most tickets close same day.
