Incipio Group run some of the highest-volume bars in London - Pergola, The Prince and The 411 among them. Each venue is its own experience, from stock-exchange pricing at the Angel neighbourhood bar to a rotating cast of London's best food vendors at The Prince.
The challenge
Their previous QR order and pay supplier stopped trading out of nowhere. Incipio needed a partner with no risk of going anywhere, that could also carry the volume of a multi-location estate at peak.

What they did
The call came at 7pm. By 11pm that night the stores were created, the menus built and the integration tested. The next day temporary QR codes went out to the venues, the customer success team tested on location, and Incipio were taking orders on Storekit by the time the doors opened.
The result
No disruption on the switch. Order success rose to 99.1%, with any failed order sent straight to a fallback printer; average spend per head went up 18% on the back of upsells; and Google ratings climbed with Smart Reviews. More than 50,000 guests served since.
There's so much flexibility within the platform, but also with the integrations - no matter what you're using, Storekit will fit seamlessly into your stack and operations.
Having seen Storekit at other high-volume bars and only hearing good things, we knew where to go when we needed to upgrade our ordering system.
Two days from decision to first order.
