How It Fits
Deliverect is the source of truth for a connected menu. Publish your menu in Deliverect and it sends a webhook to storekit, which processes the update asynchronously. The imported menu includes products, prices, modifiers, translations, dietary information and availability. When a customer places an order, storekit queues it and sends it to Deliverect unless Menu Sync Only is enabled. Deliverect sends status and preparation-time updates back to storekit. Delivery and courier callbacks update the order in storekit as the delivery progresses. The connection is managed by storekit together with Deliverect. There is no self-serve connection button in the storekit dashboard. Deliverect sends a channel-status callback after the connection is set up, and that callback assigns the channel link ID to the store.Deliverect does not provide a stock-level sync or floor-plan sync in this integration. For availability, use Deliverect snoozes or the storekit availability controls described in Stock & Availability.
