Use these checks when a storekit store cannot connect to Tissl or exchange orders and bill data.
Tissl is shown only when the Tissl feature is enabled for your account. Contact storekit support to check access.
Select Try again. If the check still fails, confirm the API key and Organisation ID with Tissl support, then ask storekit support to help with the account connection.
If Tissl rejects the credentials, storekit does not save them. Confirm the API key and Organisation ID with Tissl support and try again. When the connection form has no more specific error message, its notification reads Could not connect to Tissl.
Select Try again to reload settings. You can also use Update Tissl details to reconnect the account. If the Organisation ID has changed, select the correct Site and review the store’s mappings before enabling the integration again.
Check that Integration enabled is on and the correct Site is selected. storekit does not dispatch Tissl orders while the integration is disabled or the store has no Site.
Reconnecting with a different Organisation ID clears this store’s Site and mappings and turns the integration off. Choose the correct Site, review the payment, course, and order mappings, then enable the integration when ready.
If there is no open bill in Tissl for the table, storekit cannot load it. Confirm that the bill is open and that the store’s Site and floorplan table mapping are correct.
