Run a Manual Stock Sync
Go to Stores → your store → Settings → Integrations → Tissl, open the ⋯ menu on the Tissl card, and choose Sync stock.Match Tissl Stock to Menu Items
Stock sync first matches each Tissl product to a menu item with the same POS ID. If none matches, it uses the menu item’s PLU or SKU instead. Orders still need a POS ID on every item sent to Tissl.Understand Availability Changes
- A matched item with a remaining stock count of zero or less is snoozed for 24 hours.
- If a later sync finds positive stock, storekit clears an active snooze created by Tissl.
- A snooze created manually or by another source is not cleared by a Tissl stock update.
