https://kiosk.storekit.com/your-store-slug/kiosk, replacing your-store-slug with your store’s slug. A tablet that isn’t paired yet shows the Kiosk Setup screen.2

On the tablet, type the code and tap Register Kiosk. The kiosk loads your store’s homescreen.
In the dashboard, the kiosk’s badge changes from Not paired to Online once the tablet has connected.
Locking the Tablet to the Kiosk
Lock the tablet so customers can’t leave the kiosk screen. These are settings on the tablet itself, not in storekit.- iPad
- Android
Turn on Guided Access in the iPad’s Settings → Accessibility → Guided Access, and set a passcode. Open the kiosk, then triple-click the side or home button to start Guided Access. Triple-click again and enter the passcode to leave it.
Keeping the Tablet Awake
A tablet that sleeps, or a battery saver that pauses the browser, stops the kiosk taking orders.- Set auto-lock or screen timeout to Never. On an iPad that’s Settings → Display & Brightness → Auto-Lock.
- Turn off battery saver or low-power mode.
- Keep the tablet on charge during opening hours.
