Marketing → Posts publishes posts to the Google profiles linked to your stores, straight from the storekit dashboard. One post can go to every linked store at once — useful for offers, events and news you would otherwise repeat on each Google profile. Posts need storekit+, and each store must be linked to its Google location first. See Linking each store to its Google location →.

Writing a Post

1

Open Posts

Go to Marketing → Posts and click New post.
2

Pick a type

Choose Update, Offer or Event. The list is fixed:
  • Update — text and an image, for news and announcements
  • Offer — adds an Offer title, Starts and Ends dates and a Code (optional) field, with a fixed Redeem online button
  • Event — adds an Event title, Starts and Ends dates and optional From and To times
3

Write the text

Enter the post text, up to 1,500 characters. Click Write it for me to have storekit draft it for you.
4

Add an image and button

An Image is optional. For updates and events, pick a call-to-action under Button: Order online, Learn more, Book, Shop, Sign up, Call now or No button. The list is fixed, and each button links to that store’s own order page. Offers always show Redeem online.
5

Choose the stores

Under Stores, pick the stores the post goes to. Only stores linked to Google are listed.
6

Publish or schedule

Under When, choose Publish now and click Publish, or choose Schedule, set a date and time, and click Schedule post. A scheduled time is required to schedule.
Click Save draft at any point to keep the post without publishing. Facebook and Instagram are shown as coming soon — only Google is available today.

Managing Posts

Posts lists everything in a List or Calendar view. Each post shows a status per store: Draft, Scheduled, Waiting, Publishing, Processing, Live, Removed, Failed, Rejected by Google or Reconnect Google. Click a post to open it. Drafts and scheduled posts can still be edited — Unschedule takes a scheduled post back to a draft, and Delete removes the post. A published post shows its result per store, where you can Retry a store that failed, Reconnect a store whose Google connection has expired, View on Google to see it live, or Remove from Google to take it down.
