Giftpro lets guests redeem gift vouchers when they pay a bill online. The connection is set up per store; the API key is held at account level.
Enabling Giftpro does not add a gift card box to the online order checkout. Today the voucher box only appears on pay-at-table bill payments, and only for a fixed set of stores (BAO’s pay-at-table venues). For any other store the Integration enabled toggle saves successfully but has no customer-facing effect.

Before You Start

  • Giftpro requires a storekit+ subscription. If your account is not on storekit+, the settings page shows Upgrade to enable Giftpro instead of Enable Giftpro.
  • The Giftpro API key is held at account level and is shown read-only on the settings page — it cannot be edited there. If the key is missing, contact support.

Enable Giftpro for a Store

Find Giftpro

Go to Stores → your store → Settings → Integrations and open Giftpro.

Enable the integration

Click Enable Giftpro.

Choose a location

In Voucher redemption, pick a Giftpro location from the dropdown (each entry shows the location name and ID). This is required — it is used to check whether a voucher can be redeemed at this venue.

Turn it on and save

Toggle Integration enabled on, then click Save in the bar at the top of the page. Discard reverts unsaved changes.
If the location list does not load, the page shows “Couldn’t load Giftpro locations.” — click Retry.

What Guests See

At the stores where the box is enabled, the guest paying a bill sees Apply a gift card. They type the code into “Enter your gift card code” and press Check. The box then shows the voucher balance, and the guest presses Apply to use it. The applied amount covers the amount the guest chose to pay — if the balance is smaller, the rest is paid by card. Any remaining balance stays on the voucher. The applied amount shows as “Applied from your gift card.” with a Remove option. An invalid or empty code shows an error; the guest can correct it and retry.

Refunds

When a bill payment that used a voucher is refunded, the Giftpro redemption is reversed automatically and the redeemed amount is returned to the voucher.
