The Guest activity reports show how guests find and use your ordering page: how many visit, how many order, where they come from and what they look at.

Open the Reports

In the sidebar, click Analytics, then Guest activity. The reports are listed on the left under Your ordering page: Each report has a date range picker and a store selector at the top. Comparing with a previous period is only available on Overview; there is no comparison on Traffic sources or Products & search.
These reports are marked Beta. They are based on browser tracking, so they can differ slightly from your sales reports: ad blockers and private browsing stop some activity being recorded.

Overview

The cards at the top summarise the selected date range: Below the cards:
  • Guest Trends — guests visiting your ordering page over time, with the number of guests online now.
  • Device Type — sessions split into Mobile and Desktop.
  • Conversion Funnel — how many sessions reached each step: Menu Loaded, Viewed Product, Added to Cart, Checkout and Order Completed. A big drop between two steps shows where guests leave.
  • Peak Hours — a heatmap of sessions by day and hour.
  • Live — activity on your ordering page in the last 5 minutes. Filter the feed with All, Orders, Cart, Browsing or Search. The settings button on the card turns Confetti on orders and Order sound on or off.

Traffic Sources

Traffic Sources (online) charts unique guests by source category. Source Breakdown (online) shows guests, sessions, revenue and conversion rate for each category, and each category can be expanded into the individual sources behind it. Only online ordering sessions are counted. Pay-at-Table sessions, which start from the QR code on the table, and visits that open an order status link are left out because they don’t say where a guest came from.
  • Product Performance — for each product, Views, Add to Cart and View → Cart (the share of views that led to an add to cart).
  • Search Queries — the terms guests typed into the menu search.
