Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat and other delivery apps can appear on your Google Business Profile under Order online (or as Place an order links in some regions), even if you didn’t add them. The apps add these links themselves: Google lists providers that say they work with your business. storekit can’t remove them for you, but you can remove them in Google.

Why Remove Them

  • You pay no marketplace commission on orders guests place from Google.
  • Guests order from your storekit store, so you keep their customer data and can market to them or offer loyalty.
  • Guests see your menu, prices and brand instead of the marketplace’s.
  • One clear order button replaces several competing links.
1

Open your Business Profile

Search for your business name on Google while signed in, or open Google Maps.
2

Open Food ordering

Select Food ordering in your Business Profile.
3

Choose the provider or link

Select the provider or link you want to remove.
4

Remove the link

Select Remove link.
Google gives providers five business days to remove a link after you ask. If the link is still there after five business days, report a violation to Google. Removing a provider link from Google does not end your contract with that app.

Keep a Delivery App

If you’d rather keep a delivery app, set your storekit link as the preferred link for pickup and delivery so it appears first. In Google, open Food ordering, select your storekit link, select Set as preferred, turn on Preferred for pickup and Preferred for delivery, then select Save. In storekit, open Feedback → Listing Health and select Make StoreKit main link. For more about adding your storekit link, see Google Business Profile →.
