Block specific dates or times to prevent customers from placing pre-orders during periods when you can’t fulfil them.

When to Block Timeslots

Blocking timeslots is useful for:
  • Fully-booked periods — no capacity for additional orders
  • Special events — private functions or catered events
  • Holidays — partial closures or reduced service
  • Operational constraints — planned maintenance or staffing gaps

How to Block Timeslots

1

Open Pre-Order Settings

Go to your Orders or Pre-orders settings in the dashboard.
2

Find Timeslot Management

Navigate to the timeslot management section.
3

Select Date and Time

Choose the specific date and time range you want to block. You can block individual timeslots or entire days.
4

Save

Click Save to apply the block.

What Customers See

Blocked timeslots appear as unavailable in the customer’s scheduling view. Customers cannot select a blocked slot when placing a pre-order.
You can block individual timeslots for partial restrictions or block an entire day when you need to close completely for a specific date.
